The Admin Unit records attendance, prepares Medicaid and State billing, pays the bills, and maintains the ledger.  We coordinate transportation and vehicle maintenance.  We also facilitate any house repairs and upkeep of the grounds.  The Admin Unit also oversees staff schedules.

Transportation: The vans have two routes, in the morning and the afternoon, which operate in Orange County. The AM van route leaves between 6:30 AM and 7:00 AM. The PM route leaves the Clubhouse at the end of the day's activity (See Clubhouse hours). If you need to be picked up in the morning, and you haven't already signed up for a ride, you may call and request a ride by calling 919-968-6683 ext. 25. You may also call the same number to cancel a ride. However, if you need to cancel a ride and it's after 6:45 AM, then you should call the cell phone at 919-270-5301.
